HYDRYE currently supports the delivery methods shown during checkout. Delivery charges are calculated before you place the order.

Dispatch

Available goods are normally prepared for dispatch within a reasonable time after order confirmation. Pre-order products may have later estimated dispatch dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, your order page or tracking page will show the carrier, tracking number, status, and tracking link.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us through the contact page and include your order number.

Returns

If you want to cancel, return, or exchange an item, contact us within the relevant consumer cancellation period where applicable. Some hygiene-sensitive or personalised goods may have return restrictions once opened or customised.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can help. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
